About the eden institute
The Eden Institute is a Biblical clinical herbalism school founded on one conviction: God was intentional in what He made — every body, every plant, every pattern of healing.
We exist because Christian families deserve to learn herbalism without compromising their faith. No chakras. No universe worship. No reductionist "take this for that." Just rigorous, terrain-based plant medicine rooted in Scripture and built on the same principles the Church practiced for centuries — then forgot.
Our curriculum moves through three tiers. Tier 1 builds the Biblical and philosophical foundation. Tier 2 develops clinical literacy across every major body system. Tier 3 trains you in terrain-based clinical herbalism — the ability to read a person, match them to a plant, and do so with confidence and conviction.
This is not a weekend workshop. This is not a wellness trend. This is an institution built for women who want depth, not decoration — who believe stewardship of the body is an act of worship, and who are ready to reclaim a lineage of healing that was always theirs.
The Eden Institute was founded by Camila Johnson in Clarksville, Tennessee. She is a curriculum developer, course author, and Biblical herbalism educator building what she couldn't find — a program that honors the Creator while studying His creation.
