What you will learn
Part I · The Foundation. What you believe about the body and where that belief came from. A thousand-year Christian lineage of herbal medicine, the reductionist turn that reshaped modern health, and how to replace fear-driven decisions with the sound mind Scripture promises.
Part II · The Body Was Designed to Heal. Symptoms are signals, not malfunctions. The Five Tenets of Health that have to be in place before any herb can do its work, and how acute illness becomes chronic through the formation of terrain.
Part III · Reading the Person. Constitutional assessment, your God-given pattern of hot or cold, damp or dry, tense or relaxed, and plant energetics, the language that bridges the person to the plant. You finish with a framework for your own household and your first steps into practice.
