Who this is for
Mothers who want to understand what is going on in their own family's bodies before reaching for anything. Christian families who have been put off by herbalism courses that come wrapped in chakras, "the universe," or a pill-for-every-ill mindset. Anyone who has read Back to Eden and wants it taught, with worksheets, quizzes and a place to ask.
By lesson ten you will be able to
- Explain, from Scripture and from history, why the body is designed to heal and what that changes about how you respond to a symptom.
- Audit your own household against the Five Tenets of Health and know which one to fix first.
- Read a constitution: hot or cold, damp or dry, tense or relaxed, in yourself and in your children.
- Match a person to a plant using energetics instead of guessing from a symptom list.
- Choose three herbs to study deeply and begin, with a written plan.
Questions people ask
Do I need any prior herbal knowledge? No. Lesson one starts at the beginning.
How long does it take? Ten lessons of about an hour each, plus the worksheets. Most people take a lesson a week. It is self-paced and access does not expire.
Is this the same as the book? The book is the companion text. The course adds the video teaching, the companion guides, the activities, the quizzes, the capstone and the certificate.
Can my teenager take it? Yes, alongside you. Course accounts are for adults, and a parent can lead a middle or high schooler through it.
What about refunds? Because the course is digital and access is immediate, sales are final. If something technical stops you getting in, email hello@edeninstitute.health within 14 days and it will be sorted.
